CityScout organizes coverage into Markets. A Market is a geographic area defined by CityScout based on development activity and jurisdictional boundaries.
In high-population, high-development areas, a single jurisdiction may be its own Market. In suburban or lower-density regions, several counties and cities are grouped together into one Market, reflecting how development activity actually clusters in those areas.
Your plan determines which Markets you can access. This lets you focus coverage on the areas where you actually do business, without paying for geography you do not need.
